COMPETITIONS
Members of the Club are eligible to participate in several competitions run by the Club and they are encouraged to participate in other local and national competitions. The buttons at the left hand side of this page link to more detailed information about each competition.
The main Club competition is held at our monthly meetings (3rd Wednesday of each month). The rules and ENTRY FORM for this competition are on the linked pages, together with the programme for the year, the results from last month and the on-going point score for the year. Just follow the Belmont Photo Club link on the left of this page.
The other Club competition for individual members is the IMAGE OF THE YEAR which is held in November.
The Club participates in the Northern Photographic Federation (NPF) inter-club competition annually.
The major national competitions held in this region are the Maitland International Salon of Photography and the Newcastle National Exhibition of Photography that is held in conjunction with the Newcastle Show.
