For Rounds 1 and 2 club members may submit a maximum of TWO entries in each print category and a maximum of TWO entries in the EDI category.  For these rounds, the images must not previously have been accepted as club entries in an NPF competition.

A selection committee appointed by the Committee will select TEN entries in each print category and TEN entries in the projected images category to represent the club. Each club member can have only one image selected in each category (provided there are at least ten members who have put forward images for selection).

For Round 3, members may submit a maximum of THREE entries in each print category and a maximum of THREE entries in each EDI category. These may be prints/images that were previously selected as club entires in the NPF in that year. Entries from previous NPF PASOTY competitions are not eligible.

There is no inter-club competition for this round so all images submitted are judged.

All entries must be submitted by the advertised dates (refer to the News and Events page of this web site) and must be accompanied by a completed entry form. You can download the entry form from this link.
