SPECIAL REMINDERS

For those members who have limited time to check the club web site - here are some Special Reminders.

2012 JANUARY EVENTS Our first competition will be Wednesday 18th January, prints to be submitted by 7.00pm with the new entry form. Note, you must use the new entry form.
PICNIC 9th January 2012 We are having a picnic Monday 9th January at Belmont South. in the park by the lake just over the creek from Squids Ink. Start 10:30 till whenever. It is BYO everything. Please mark it in your diaries.
RULE CHANGES FOR 2011 and 2012 Some of the monthly competition rules have changed for 2011. Please check the new rules.
MEMBERSHIP FEES To be a member of the Belmont 16s Photography Club you must be a financial member of the Belmont 16ft Sailing Club. Fees for the main club must be paid by 31st March. If you are not a member of both clubs, you may not submit entries to the Club's competitions.
EDI FOR 2012 The Electronic Digital Image (EDI) competition will be held each month (January to October). Entries must be submitted using the Coppermine Galleries by the Competition Date of the prior month. For example, February's entries must be submitted by the third Wednesday in January.
EMAIL ADDRESSES The Club maintains a confidential list of the email addresses of members so that they can be sent reminders, notices of special events, etc. If you have NOT received an email from Roy Killen during the last month this means that your current email address is not on our list. To correct this, please send an email to Roy Killen.
