SPECIAL REMINDERS

For those members who have limited time to check the club web site - here are some Special Reminders.

RULE CHANGES FOR 2010 Some of the monthly competition rules have changed for 2010. Please check the new rules.
MEMBERSHIP FEES To be a member of the Belmont 16s Photography Club you must be a financial member of the Belmont 16ft Sailing Club. Fees for the main club must be paid by 31st March. If you are not a member of both clubs, you may not submit entries to the Club's competitions.
EDI FOR 2010 The Digital Portfolio competition is now known as the Electronic Digital Image (EDI) competition. Entries are judged every second month as part of the main competition, starting in February 2010. However, entries for the Feburary Competition must be submitted using the Coppermine Galleries by the Competition Date of the prior month. For example, February's entries must be submitted by the third Wednesday in January, 20/01/2010.
EMAIL ADDRESSES The Club maintains a confidential list of the email addresses of members so that they can be sent reminders, notices of special events, etc. If you have NOT received an email from Roy Killen during December it means that your current email address is not on our list. To correct this, please send an email to Roy Killen.
